President Biden refused to directly answer a question about whether he will serve a full four-year term if reelected, responding angrily.
His response comes amid growing concerns among Democrats about Biden’s reelection prospects against Trump.
Biden was asked, “President Biden, will you be serving your full four-year term or handing over power to Vice President Harris?”

“You’re not hurt, are you?” Biden asked, pointing to his head.
“I can’t hear you. Can you approach?” the reporter said.
“Did you fall on your head or something?” Biden asked.
Polls show Biden losing support among key 2020 voter demographics like independents, suburban women, Hispanics, and younger voters.
His approval rating is low, and most voters think the country is headed in the wrong direction under his leadership.
Vice President Kamala Harris also has poor approval ratings.
While Biden will presumably accept the Democratic nomination, some party leaders are anxious about Biden’s ability to win and have discussed replacing him at the convention, which would require Biden agreeing to step aside.
